1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Abelitie portal and its products (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Abelitie Designs.

2. What Abelitie Is

Abelitie is a portal that provides access to a family of software products (such as Reutin) under a single account. Signing in gives you access to the products and features included in your plan.

The Service is provided by Abelitie Designs, a Malaysian company. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Abelitie Designs.

3. Accounts & Registration

Registration is handled via Google OAuth — no password is created or stored by Abelitie. By signing in with your Google account, you confirm you are a real, individual person. You agree to:

• →Maintain the security of your Google account
• →Not share your Abelitie account with others
• →Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Tiers & Trials

Where a product offers a free tier or trial, it is available at no cost and requires no credit card to begin. Free features and trial lengths are subject to change over time, but we will communicate material changes in advance.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid subscriptions unlock additional products and features. Subscriptions are:

• →Billed monthly or annually, in advance
• →Processed securely via Stripe (we do not store your card details)
• →Cancellable at any time — access continues to the end of the current billing period
• →Non-refundable for partially used periods, unless required by Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999

Subscription pricing is displayed on the relevant product page in the portal. Price changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. New pricing applies only at your next renewal after that notice period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ✗Produce or automate illegal content under Malaysian law or the law of your jurisdiction
• ✗Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• ✗Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the software
• ✗Circumvent plan limits, licence validation, or authentication systems
• ✗Resell or redistribute access to Abelitie's products or services
• ✗Use the service in a way that disrupts other users or our infrastructure

7. Your Content

The content and work you create or automate using our products belong to you. Abelitie makes no claim of ownership over anything you produce using the Service. We do not store your working content on our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

Abelitie, its products, logos, and all related software are the property of Abelitie Designs. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the software — you receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it while your account is active and in compliance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or network configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Abelitie Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time from account settings. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled and access continues until the end of the current billing period — no refund for the unused portion.

By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees after a grace period. We will attempt to notify you by email before taking action.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you access the Service from outside Malaysia, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
