The Short Version
We collect your name and email address from your Google account — that's it. Authentication is handled by Google OAuth; Abelitie never sees or stores a password. We don't sell your data, share it, or use it for anything beyond running your account and the products you subscribe to. If you subscribe, your payment is processed by Stripe — we never see your card number.
What We Collect
- ✓Name & email address — Provided by Google at sign-in via OAuth. Used to identify your account and send transactional emails. Nothing else.
- ✓Subscription & entitlements — Which products you have access to (e.g. Reutin), your plan tier, trial status, and billing cycle dates, provided by Stripe.
- ✓Device identifiers — A count and version of devices registered to your account, used to enforce your plan's limits and the minimum supported app version.
What We Do Not Collect
- ✗The content you produce or automate with our products
- ✗Usage analytics or behavioural tracking
- ✗Location or GPS data
- ✗Third-party advertising pixels or tracking scripts
- ✗Card numbers or banking details (Stripe handles all payment data)
- ✗Keystrokes, screen contents, or input beyond what a product needs to run on your own device
Why We Require an Account
Registration confirms you are a real person — not a bot or automated script. It allows us to enforce fair usage (plan limits), grant the correct product entitlements, and send you transactional emails. Sign-in is handled by Google OAuth — Abelitie never creates or stores a password on your behalf.
A subscription is optional. You can sign in and use the free tier or trial of a product with no payment required. Subscribing simply unlocks additional features when you are ready.
Payments (Stripe)
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Stripe stores your card details on their secure servers — Abelitie does not receive, store, or have access to your card number or bank details. We only receive your subscription and entitlement status (active / trialing / cancelled) and renewal dates. Stripe's own privacy policy governs your payment data.
Your Rights (PDPA 2010)
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:
- →Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- →Correct — Update or correct inaccurate data via your account settings at any time.
- →Delete — Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. We complete deletions within 30 days. Stripe billing records are retained as required by Malaysian tax law (7 years).
- →Withdraw consent — You may close your account at any time to withdraw consent for data processing.

Data Storage & Security
Authentication is handled by Google OAuth, and your account and entitlement data are stored in Google Cloud Firestore on Abelitie's own project infrastructure. Abelitie does not store passwords — none exist. Subscription data is managed by Stripe. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS.
We do not store the content you create or automate with our products on our servers. Our desktop products are local-first — your working data stays on your device.
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking. You cannot disable session cookies and remain logged in, but you may log out at any time to clear your session.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of Abelitie after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
