1. Acceptance
These Terms apply when you use the abelitie.com website, including the free WebScore audit (the “Website”), and when you create an account or use the Abelitie Portal and its products (the “Portal”). Together these are the “Services”. By using them you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Who We Are
The Services are provided by Abelitie Designs (business registration IP0425426-T), Sitiawan, Perak, Malaysia. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Abelitie Designs.
We design and build websites and software for businesses. The Portal gives access to a family of our software products (such as Reutin) under a single account.
3. WebScore (Free Website Audit)
WebScore checks public websites automatically and gives scores and suggestions. It is free and needs no account. By using it you agree that:
- →Results are automated estimates based on what our scanner saw at that moment. They are general guidance, not professional, legal or financial advice, and they can change between checks.
- →We may limit the number of free checks (per visitor and in total each month), pause WebScore, or change how it works at any time.
- →You will only check publicly available websites, and you will not use WebScore to overload a website, probe private networks, or automate large numbers of checks.
- →If you ask for the full report, the email address (and WhatsApp number) you enter is yours or one you are allowed to use.
- →Reports are for your own use. You may share your own report with anyone you like.

4. Portal Accounts & Registration
Registration is handled via Google OAuth — no password is created or stored by Abelitie. By signing in with your Google account, you confirm you are a real, individual person. You agree to:
- →Maintain the security of your Google account
- →Not share your Abelitie account with others
- →Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Free Tiers & Trials
Where a product offers a free tier or trial, it is available at no cost and requires no credit card to begin. Free features and trial lengths are subject to change over time, but we will communicate material changes in advance.
6. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid subscriptions unlock additional products and features. Subscriptions are:
- →Billed monthly or annually, in advance
- →Processed securely via Stripe (we do not store your card details)
- →Cancellable at any time — access continues to the end of the current billing period
- →Non-refundable for partially used periods, unless required by the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999
Subscription pricing is displayed on the relevant product page in the Portal. Price changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. New pricing applies only at your next renewal after that notice period.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- ✗Produce or automate illegal content under Malaysian law or the law of your jurisdiction
- ✗Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- ✗Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the software
- ✗Circumvent usage limits, licence validation, bot checks or authentication systems
- ✗Resell or redistribute access to Abelitie's products or services
- ✗Use the Services in a way that disrupts other users, other websites, or our infrastructure
8. Your Content
The content and work you create or automate using our products belong to you. Abelitie makes no claim of ownership over anything you produce using the Services. We do not store your working content on our servers.
9. Intellectual Property
Abelitie, WebScore, our products, logos, website content and all related software are the property of Abelitie Designs. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the software — you receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it while your account is active and in compliance with these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services, including WebScore results, are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, particular results, or compatibility with every device or network configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Abelitie Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 that cannot be excluded.
11. Termination
By you: You may delete your Portal account at any time from account settings. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled and access continues until the end of the current billing period — no refund for the unused portion.
By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts, or block access to WebScore, where these Terms are breached, where there is fraudulent or abusive activity, or where subscription fees remain unpaid after a grace period. For accounts, we will attempt to notify you by email before taking action.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Malaysia. If you access the Services from outside Malaysia, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the effective date above. Portal account holders will be notified by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
