The Short Version
This policy covers abelitie.com (including the free WebScore audit) and the Abelitie Portal and its products. We collect only what each one needs: visit statistics on the website, the website address and contact details you give WebScore, and your name and email from Google when you sign in to the Portal. We don't sell your data, we don't use advertising trackers, and we never see your card number.
Who We Are
Abelitie Designs (business registration IP0425426-T), Sitiawan, Perak, Malaysia, is responsible for your personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What We Collect
When you visit abelitie.com
- ✓Visit statistics (Google Analytics) — Pages viewed, approximate location (city or country), device, browser and how you found us. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We use it only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- ✓Technical data — Our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
When you contact us
- ✓Your message and contact details — The contact form doesn't store your message on our servers. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message, and we receive it there. We keep these conversations to reply to you and to provide what you asked for.
When you use WebScore
- ✓The website you check and its results — The address you enter and the audit findings. Scan records are kept for up to 180 days. The full report is kept for 7 days, or 30 days if you asked for it by email.
- ✓Email and WhatsApp number (only if you ask for the full report) — Used to send the report and to answer questions about it. If you gave a WhatsApp number, we may message you once about your report.
- ✓Marketing (only if you tick the box) — Occasional website tips and offers. We record what you agreed to and when. Reply "unsubscribe" to any message, or email us, and we stop.
- ✓Fair use and abuse prevention — A one-way hash of your IP address, your country (from our hosting provider), and a random device ID stored in your browser. A Cloudflare Turnstile bot check may run when you submit. We cannot recover your IP address from the hash.
- ✓The websites you check — WebScore only reads public web pages, the same way a browser or search engine does.
When you sign in to the Abelitie Portal
- ✓Name and email — Provided by Google when you sign in. Used to identify your account and send account emails. Abelitie never sees or stores a password.
- ✓Subscription and entitlements — Which products you can use (e.g. Reutin), your plan, trial status and billing dates, provided by Stripe.
- ✓Device identifiers — The number and version of devices registered to your account, used to apply your plan's limits and the minimum supported app version.
What We Do Not Collect
- ✗Card numbers or bank details (Stripe handles payments)
- ✗Passwords (sign-in is through Google)
- ✗The content you create or automate with our products
- ✗Keystrokes or screen contents beyond what a product needs to run on your own device
- ✗Advertising or retargeting pixels
- ✗Personal data bought from other companies
Why We Use It
We use personal data only to: provide the services you ask for (reports, replies, accounts and subscriptions); keep the services secure and fair (rate limits and bot checks); understand and improve the website (visit statistics); and send marketing only if you agreed to it.
We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't use it to make automated decisions about you.

- ✓Stripe — Payments for Portal subscriptions
- ✓Meta (WhatsApp) — If you message us on WhatsApp
These providers process data on our instructions. Some of them store or process data outside Malaysia, mainly in the United States and Singapore. We use established providers with strong security safeguards and share only what is needed to run the services.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.
How Long We Keep It
- ✓WebScore scan records — Up to 180 days
- ✓Full WebScore reports — 7 days (30 days if emailed to you)
- ✓WebScore contact details and consent records — Until you ask us to delete them, or once they are no longer needed for the purpose you gave them for
- ✓Messages you send us — As long as needed to deal with your enquiry or project
- ✓Portal accounts — While your account is open; deleted within 30 days after you close it. Billing records are kept for 7 years, as Malaysian tax law requires.
- ✓Visit statistics — Kept in Google Analytics under its data-retention settings
Keeping It Safe
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access is limited to Abelitie's owner and protected by strong credentials.
If a personal data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commissioner as the law requires.
Your Rights (PDPA)
- ✓Access — Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- ✓Correct — Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- ✓Withdraw consent and stop marketing — Withdraw your consent at any time, including for marketing. This doesn't affect what was done before you withdrew it.
- ✓Delete — Ask us to delete your data. We complete deletions within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records).
- ✓Data portability — Ask us to send your data to you or to another organisation in a commonly used format, where technically feasible.
- ✓Limit processing — Ask us to stop processing that is likely to cause you substantial damage or distress.
To use any of these rights, email us (the address is at the bottom of this page). We reply within 21 days, as the PDPA requires.
Cookies and Browser Storage
- ✓Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) — Visit statistics. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
- ✓Portal session cookie — Keeps you signed in to the Portal.
- ✓WebScore device ID — A random ID stored in your browser (not a cookie), used only for fair-use limits.
- ✓Cloudflare Turnstile — Processes browser signals to check that you're human. It isn't used for advertising.
We don't use advertising cookies.
Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If you have a Portal account or agreed to marketing emails, we will also email you about material changes.
